Never Overlook Furniture

If you’re really struggling to find a way to do your cardio and have a very limited amount of room and no equipment at all, do not overlook some of the furniture you have at home. Simple things such as stairs, chairs, or benches can all be used for cardio purposes.

Remember one key thing about at home cardio workouts, the only requirement is your moving. Anything you can do that keeps your heart rate up will burn calories, improve your fitness level, and will work.

If you’re really stuck for ideas, turn on the radio and dance. Everyone has access to music and this will not take up much room at all.
